Investment property requirements
When Difko acquires a new project, we emphasize the importance of its location, profitability and potential for returns. Real estate needs to be located in major cities and towns, they need to be let to reliable tenants on lengthy fixed term leases and to be profitable to run.
Difko acquires and offers the following types of foreign property:

Difko is constantly seeking good, sound, new investment property abroad. We are currently focusing mostly on Scandinavia and Germany but in essence we are interested in property throughout Europe. We are always ready to do a screening and give a serious response on the basis of a property's key figures and underlying demographic data.
Difko is looking for foreign property (individual properties or small portfolios) in the EUR 5-30m range.
